Description

We operate multiple sales, manufacturing, and distribution locations across the world. We are currently looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team.
In this role as Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:
MAJOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Maintain inventory reports to ensure accurate RAW material and product counts.
2) Conduct physical inventory counts of on-site warehouses as well as ensure physical counts from outside warehouses are accurate.
3) Pick up and deliver products, RAW materials, etc. to appropriate locations
4) Communicate to all other departments, timely and clearly.
5) Assist other departments, such as Purchasing and Accounting, in the audit process as needed.
RESPONSIBILTIES & DUTIES:
Inventory:
· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of inventory spreadsheets/reports by updating information daily based on received and/or shipped products and materials. Complete daily inventory and warehouse activity report.
· Authenticate and locate physical items and reconciliation on going for on-site and local warehouse locations.
· Review, verify, and reconcile inventory counts by reviewing all orders and tracking timely on the correct spreadsheet.
· Review shipping report and deduct items shipped. Keeping it accurate and precise.
· Review all outside warehouses, maintaining inventory counts, travel as needed to the outside warehouses
· Assist the Inventory Department in all inventory related matters, Ex. identifying any irregularities in the counts and data entry details
· Pick up and deliver products to appropriate locations; on-site and off-site
Teamwork:
· Work with various departments to produce quantified and analyzed data that can be used to improve processes and procedures.
· Communicate regularly with management to facilitate continuous improvement of hands on skills, confirm that work is proceeding at a satisfactory pace and that results continue to support project goals.

Requirements
Experience – No manufacturing experience necessary. Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
Skills - Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.). Ability to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal oversight. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail. Advanced math and analytical skills. Legible handwriting. Excellent communication skills. Experience required maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets.
Abilities - The use of analytical and observational skills which demonstrate an ability to plan and navigate software requirements for varying tasks.
Essential Physical Functions - The ability to sit for extended periods of time and use keyboard/mouse. The ability to take inventory in various uncontrolled weather environments and on uneven terrain. No strenuous physical activity required. Study, supportive sneakers or work boots required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
