Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes in a dental office setting, if applicable.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Support office management tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using computerized office systems and phone etiquette is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
