Construction Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
