Bus Person – Anila’s Rustica Cucina

Location: Pala, CA

Provide all backup service to Anila’s Cucina Rustica wait staff in a positive professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Fine dining restaurant experience preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for clearing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for assisting service staff with all food and beverage service.
• Responsible for providing assistance to the guests throughout the meal.
• Perform any scheduled, assigned, or delegated duties to maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform all opening and closing side work.
• Occasional guest greeting and seating.
• Knowledge of menu and wine list
• Restock China, silverware, and glassware.
• Transport soiled China, silverware, and glassware to the dish cleaning area
• Perform other duties as assigned.
