Part time administrator/office manager wanted
Public accounting firm seeks experienced administrative assistant for part time work. Duties include but are not limited to:
-processing tax returns
-assisting in billing process
-data entry
-mailing and organizing tax returns and financial statements -greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the office -supporting partners in their work
-must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite -experience with Quickbooks desired but not required
Compensation commensurate with experience. Professional experience of 2 years required. Interested and qualified candidates only, please.
