Team Lead

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee area responsibilities to execute team goals. Track job hours to ensure efficient operation.
• Coach, train, and instruct employees on how to consistently produce a quality product, while eliminating waste.
• Relay information daily to Shop Foreman, Materials, Scheduling and Engineering.
• Oversees assigned processing activities, keeping consistent with our quality standards.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more of Leadership Experience. Knowledge of truck and equipment required.
• Ability to work in an outside environment/elements.
• Customer focus and support.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
