We are seeking a Team Lead for our Tiffin, OH location. We are located at 4151 W. State Route 18, Tiffin, OH 44883.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee area responsibilities to execute team goals. Track job hours to ensure efficient operation.
- Coach, train, and instruct employees on how to consistently produce a quality product, while eliminating waste.
- Relay information daily to Shop Foreman, Materials, Scheduling and Engineering.
- Oversees assigned processing activities, keeping consistent with our quality standards.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year or more of Leadership Experience. Knowledge of truck and equipment required.
- Ability to work in an outside environment/elements.
- Customer focus and support.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
