Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial spaces, residential properties, and industrial facilities. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in facilities by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Execute floor care tasks including buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide porter services by keeping common areas tidy and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and adherence to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
