- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
- Previous customer service experience
- A friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Leadership experience is a plus
- A polished, professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
