Job Title: House Person- Attendant

Position Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

Limpia las zonas comunes y ayudar a los huéspedes con equipaje realizando las siguientes funciones. Se pueden asignar otras tareas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repone suministros en todas las zonas comunes, artículos de papel y fuentes de invitado.

  • Muebles de polvos. Lava o limpia paredes, carpintería, ventanas, paneles de las puertas y Antepechos en las zonas comunes.
  • Informe las necesidades para el mantenimiento o reparación no pueden corregirse inmediatamente las condiciones insatisfactorias.
  • Vacía las papeleras y botellas vacías y ceniceros limpios en las zonas comunes.
  • Quita la basura y desperdicios de pasillos y ayudar a amas de casa cuando sea necesario.
  • Repone suministros de baño en zonas comunes. Comprueba y reemplaza focos de luz según sea necesario.
  • Certifica que las zonas comunes se limpian correctamente y están listas para uso del huésped.
  • Participa en todos los requiere salud y encuentros/clases de seguridad.
  • Conducirse de manera profesional en todo momento.
  • Trabaja los fines de semana y días de fiesta y en cualquier momento tal como estaba programado por el jefe de servicio de limpieza.
  • Sigue todas las reglas y regulaciones establecidas en el último manual de empleados.
  • Cualquier otro realizar diversas labores que pueden ser asignados por el Gerente de mantenimiento o Gerente General.

Qualifications:

Job Summary:

Cleans common areas and assist guests with luggage by performing the following duties.
Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Replenishes supplies in all common areas, paper goods, and guest supplies.
  • Sorts, counts, folds, marks or carries linens.
  • Renders personal assistance to guests upon request for luggage services and room deliveries.
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes or polishes common area and breakroom floors as required.
  • Vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
  • Dusts furniture. Washes or cleans walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as needed in the common areas.
  • Report needs for maintenance or repairs when unsatisfactory conditions cannot be immediately corrected.
  • Empties wastebaskets, and empties and clean ashtrays in the common areas.
  • Removes trash and waste from hallways and assist housekeepers when needed
  • Replenishes bathroom supplies in common areas. Checks and replaces light bulbs as needed.
  • Certifies that the common areas are properly cleaned and are ready for guest use.
  • Participates in all required health and safety meetings/classes.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Works weekends and holidays and any time as scheduled by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Follows all rules and regulations set forth in the latest Employee Handbook.
  • Perform any other various duties that may be assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Up to one year related experience or training is preferred.
  • Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to understand and speak basic English sentences.
  • Less than high school education required.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
