What you will do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA program
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 9001, ASME, UL, etc.)
- Lead quality audits and address non-conformances
- Supervise inspection activities during manufacturing or construction
- Approve raw materials and finished products
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Implement root cause analysis and CAPA programs
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, construction management, or a related field
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the manufacturing or construction industry
- Experience managing QA/QC teams and processes
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation systems is a plus
