What you will do:
- Analyze and configure intricate business systems to align with business needs
- Collaborate with users to gather and analyze requirements, evaluate feasibility, and propose solutions
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and manage system upgrades
- Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Lead system testing activities, develop test plans, execute test cases, and oversee user acceptance testing
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and proficiency
- Lead moderately complex projects, develop project plans, identify training and communication needs, and guide stakeholders through changes
What you will need to be successful:
- 4 years of experience, with direct business systems experience preferred
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend technical documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
