Duties

- Negotiate contracts with insurance providers to secure optimal benefits for clients.
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote services.
- Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Engage in retail sales activities as needed, promoting various insurance products.
- Leverage multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in benefits administration or related fields such as insurance sales or customer service.
