The Details:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This position will report to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have 2 years in an Accounts Payable Specialist role performing; high volume accounts payable, coding, and cutting checks, 1099 preparation, escheatment, reconciliations and vendor management.
What will you do? (Job Duties)
· Monitor AP mailbox throughout the day
· Obtain appropriate coding and approvals for vendor invoices
· Review and enters vendor invoices to AP
· Interact and resolve challenges with vendors and team members
· Reconcile vendor statements
· File all processed AP payments weekly
· Apply payment timely to AP transactions
· Prepares weekly Check/ACH payment runs for AP disbursements
· Support month-end processing and queries of all AP
· Prepare year end 1099s
· Support and work with other AP staff as necessary
· Set up new vendors and update existing vendors for changes
· Process monthly commission payments
· Process monthly refunds
Requirements
What we are looking for: (Experience)
· BA in Accounting preferred
· 2 years’ experience and general knowledge of Accounts Payable functions
· Strong working knowledge of the general ledger and its relationship to financial statements ability to reconcile vendor statements.
· Skilled in communicating to both internal and external customers

Pay Range: $49,000 - $73,000
The above pay range is for all US-based roles based on function and level, benchmarked against companies of similar size and scope. To be compliant with local legislation as well as provide greater transparency to candidates, we disclose salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired job location. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and the opportunity for annual long-term incentive stock grants. In addition, we offer a highly competitive benefits package. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and qualifications, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
