Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage phone systems by answering and directing calls appropriately
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, email correspondence, and document creation
- Assist with medical receptionist duties if needed
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written materials
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role is advantageous
Job Type: Contract
