About You

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive individual with the ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple priorities. Our ideal candidate for our Territory Sales Executive West Coast position will have extensive experience in the lingerie or fashion industry, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

About the Role

Working in conjunction with the International Sales Director and Head of Sales PNA, you will be responsible for growing and developing all Panache Lingerie sales in the West Coast territory of Panache North America Inc. You will ensure the unit sales, revenue and profit targets are achieved or exceeded, whilst developing and improving the effectiveness, responsiveness and customer service in your territory.

Key Accountabilities

  • To develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, boutiques, and department stores to drive sales and increase brand presence.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for retail partners to ensure product knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
  • Travel within the territory to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Account / Sales Management would be an advantage.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Communication skills to deal effectively with customers.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, maintain confidentiality, and produce / process documents accurately.
  • Good written and numerical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
