Essential Functions:
The Office Administrator will oversee the day-to-day activities and daily workflow of customer service representatives, respiratory therapists, and delivery technicians in both branch locations, ensuring delivery of quality customer service in accordance with company policies and the VA contract.
Qualifications:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- At least 4-6 years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- Home care/Home Medical Equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
- Supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
