What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at Pancoast Staffing Services?
Greenburg based company is in need of an experienced Accounting Associate for assist with a longer term project.
Duties to include:
· General ledger maintenance and set-up
· Financial reporting under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
· Perform multi-entity consolidations
· Ensure accurate data migration and process mapping
· Optimize internal controls
· Identify and recommend internal control efficiencies
Requirements:
· 4-6 years of related experience preferably from the public accounting field
· Project implementations with large Private Companies
· Working knowledge with Sage, Oracle, Infor CloudSuite, or comparable ERP system
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, and/or Systems Applications
- CPA or MBA preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
