Title: Business Process Analyst II
Work Location: Charlotte, NC / Detroit, MI (Hybrid; Charlotte - Preferred location)

Duration: 1 year with potential extensions

Interview Process: 1 round video conference 1 round onsite (panel interview)

  • RPA Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Robocorp
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Project Management Software: Jira, Asana, MS Project
  • AI/ML Frameworks & Platforms: Python-based libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn), TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Process Modeling Standards: BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation);

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;

Role Description:The Business Process Analyst role is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with technology teams to develop and deliver solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identifying inefficiencies, and leveraging automation and AI technologies to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deliver automation and AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct cross-functional audits to identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process optimization, automation, and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Proven experience in working with technology teams to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation and AI technologies and their application in business process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.48 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28202
