Role Description
This is a contract Camp Manager role for Summer 2025 (May-Oct.) at Paws Up Montana. The Camp Manager will be responsible for supervising daily camp operations, managing communication with staff and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing glamping camp activities. This is an on-site role located in Missoula County, MT.
Qualifications

• Experience in Camp Operations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous experience in hospitality or outdoor recreation
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Leadership experience in hospitality preferred
