WHAT YOU'LL DO :

As our Regional Operations Manager, you will be in a leadership role where you will oversee and support the managers in the Service, Body Shop and Warranty departments. Frequently, you will review financial forecasts and department metrics with each manager to help them meet their financial goals, control expenses, optimize procedures, and ensure policies are followed. Picture yourself as a primary resource for the managers, and someone they can count on to help them lead their teams.

Additionally, you will focus on overseeing the safety requirements for the region, technician training paths and completion timelines, providing assistance with facility inspections, and working with Pape' Properties on infrastructure requirements and projects for Zero Emissions charging stations.

WHAT YOU NEED :

• Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from four-year College or university; or four or more years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management and / or operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing and personnel procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.

Compensation : $140,000-193,285 / yr (Depending on Experience)
