Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations that has managed 8 locations of a similar type of restaurant. Base salary plus the ability to earn monthly bonus based on performance factors of the stores you are assigned to. The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 10 restaurant locations of Papa Johns in Colorado. This position involves strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development and project management, driving the company towards its goals while fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- All travel is in-state. You would be required to visit each of your locations each week, or more, as business needs dictate.
- Oversee General Manager's, the hiring of Shift Leaders, and other staffing issues that might require support beyond the means of the GM.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying employees that are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business strategies that promote sustainable growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Distribute printed marketing materials to each of your assigned locations as required.
