What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stationery & Invitation Designer position at Paper Twist?
The Stationery & Invitation Designer position works with our clients to create custom stationery, invitations and announcements. The responsibilities include creating custom design for stationery and invitations, conducting customer consultations, working with our vendors to provide press-ready artwork and understanding all elements of print production. An expertise in graphic design software and a passion for typography and quality printing is required.
We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of previous experience and is looking to be a team member in a creative small business that creates high-end, luxury and highly-custom printing.
The designer that joins our team should be a lover of stationery and all things paper. This staff person needs to have a passion for design, high attention to detail, be motivated, a quick thinker and a good multi-tasker. The designer will manage the full cycle of a custom order which includes proofing custom orders, development of new product, creating marketing materials and collaborating on various projects.
Our ideal candidate is a creative team player that can manage the creation process from inception to production. This role must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience on various social media platforms, shopify & klaviyo
