Role: HICX administrator
Location: ERIE, PA
Work mode: Onsite from day one
12 Months
The HICX administrator will ensure the system configurations, and smooth operation, support technical and functional stakeholders, support system integrations, and implement and test enhancements and change requests as per business requirements.
1. HICX Platform Administration:
o Oversee the configuration, management, and ongoing administration of the HICX platform.
o Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the system, escalating when necessary.
o Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
o Ensure the HICX platform is up to date with the latest features, patches, and upgrades
2. Supplier Data Management:
o Ensure the accurate entry, maintenance, and validation of supplier data within the platform.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers meet the required compliance and regulatory standards.
o Assist in the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring proper integration into the HICX platform.
3. User Support and Training:
o Provide support for internal users, answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with any system-related challenges.
o Offer regular training and updates to users to ensure effective use of the platform.
o Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for platform users.
4. Data Security and Compliance:
o Ensure that supplier data is maintained in compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
o Monitor user access and permissions, ensuring the platform is used appropriately and securely.
o Coordinate with IT and compliance teams to ensure the HICX platform adheres to industry best practices.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with procurement, IT, and vendor management teams to ensure the platform aligns with overall business objectives.
o Generate and deliver regular reports on supplier data, onboarding progress, and system performance to key stakeholders.
o Track system performance metrics and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Actively seek opportunities for improving the use and performance of the HICX platform.
o Participate in the evaluation and testing of new platform features or upgrades.
o Stay up-to-date with HICX product developments, industry trends, and best practices.
