💼 What You’ll Do:
- Manage and lead multiple HVAC commercial projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and manpower
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements
- Prepare and review project documentation, change orders, and closeouts
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive project success
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial settings
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and MEP coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- OSHA certification and PMP a plus
