What You'll Do:
- Welcome and Delight Guests: Provide top-notch guest relations, ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Handle Reservations with Precision: Manage guest reservations with an eye for detail, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
- Serve as Concierge: Offer concierge services to assist guests with all their needs—from restaurant recommendations to local attractions.
- Manage Cashiering Responsibilities: Handle cashier duties for our winery and spa guests with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in Retail and Inventory: Support our team in merchandising and managing inventory for our retail space.
- Be Available on Weekends: Flexibility to work weekend shifts, helping us deliver seamless service to guests during peak times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Clean Background Check: Required for handling and selling alcohol.
- Hospitality Experience: At least two years of experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Customer Service Excellence: A friendly, professional personality with a talent for guest service and attention to detail.
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written skills, along with a comfort in using internet and computer-based sales systems.
- Front Desk Experience: Preferred but not required—strong hospitality skills are key!

Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
