Amazing opportunity to work remotely! Full-time Airbnb/VRBO virtual assistant needed for a rapidly growing short-term rental company. 18 properties currently in San Diego County. Potential for upward mobility as well as performance measure bonuses! Local residence in San Diego is preferred. This job will require about 10% on-site work either running errands or visiting properties. Please have experience with short-term rental platforms, excellent writing, and customer service skills.
Duties will include commucation with guests, maintenance, cleaners, vendors, Aribnb, VRBO, lead generation, social media management, and on-site property visits.
Weekend availability required. This is a very fast-paced remote job and familiarity with property management is definitely a necessity!
