Inside Sales Specialist

Paramount Supply is a locally-owned, industrial distributor that specializes in the sale of pipe, valves, fittings, steam products and gaskets. The company was founded in 1954 and has grown to 20 locations across 7 states. We are a leader in the PVF industry and have a rare opportunity for the right person to join our team as an inside salesperson for our Portland, OR location. Industry experience preferred, but we are willing to train, as well.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with and supporting customers to solve their problems
• Discussing features and benefits of products and services with customers
• Preparing and providing quotations
• Coordinating with outside salespeople to find new customers and support the current customer base
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner

Skills

• Basic computer skills, including ability to use Word and Excel
• Knowledge of pipe, valve and fittings (PVF) industry

Compensation

Salary plus bonus. Pay is based on experience.
