BDC Service Representative
Full-Time Opportunity : 5 Day Work Week
Job Description & Duties :
Addresses online inquiries from consumers, ensuring the dealership achieves its highest profit potential on Internet sales, adhering to dealership standards.
- Effectively communicates with customers and prospects using their preferred method, whether it's phone or email.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of all dealership products and services.
- Guides customers to relevant product information resources, including online sources.
- Assists customers in the selection process.
- Understands the mindset of customers and employs strategies to encourage them to visit the service center for a proper vehicle service / maintaince / repair and to finalize the transaction.
- Regularly checks and promptly responds to emails and inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of messages to other departments and notifying customers of forwarded messages.
- Handles all Internet sales inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinates Internet promotions and advertising efforts.
- Serves as a liaison with services utilized by the dealership for site promotion and advertising.
- Maintains an active customer database to foster repeat business.
- Sets personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and devises strategies to achieve them.
- Participates in product and sales training sessions as directed by management.
- Attends meetings as required.
- Demonstrates punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude daily, appearing well-groomed and dressed appropriately to conduct business.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
