Are you a proactive leader with a passion for operations, people management, and delivering exceptional service? Park Inc. is looking for a highly organized and driven Site Supervisor to oversee traffic and event operations at UNCC.

This part-time/ event based position offers a competitive pay rate, flexible scheduling based on the university’s event calendar, and the opportunity to take ownership of a vital role in campus operations.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Information Gathering

• Obtain and distribute essential event details to ensure smooth operations

II. Time Management

• Ensure staff clock in on time and follow up on attendance

III. Training and Orientation

• Train and guide staff on site duties and best practices

• Delegate tasks to maintain an organized and safe environment

IV. Uniforms and Equipment

• Distribute and track uniforms and equipment using proper documentation

V. Patrol and Monitoring

• Conduct regular patrols using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

• Fill in at posts and ensure staff receive adequate breaks

VI. Performance Oversight

• Maintain service excellence and build strong client relationships

VII. Incident Reporting

• Communicate incidents to the area manager in real-time

VIII. Communication with Management

• Provide daily updates and share feedback for continued improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in site supervision, security, or event management preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
• Proficiency in using basic office software for reporting and documentation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
