What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation?
Assist the busness office manager wth day to day operations of the office. General knowledge of simple accounting required, office experience preffered.
Job Duties include but are not limited to : Answering the phone, transfer phone to different locations within the building, scan documents, assist residents with resident accounts within the facility, simple filing of documents, , open facility mail, knowledge of physician billing, scan in bills for business office manager and assist in screening of families and visitors at the door during business hours. Position is 40 hours a week.
