OVERVIEW
Description: This position assists the Recreation Program Division in all aspects of administration for the department. Will provide support for multiple Supervisors with staff recruiting, hiring, training, financial paperwork and entry, special events and assisting customers. Also responsible for coordinating bus transportation services required to support our summer camps.
Qualifications: This position requires one to two years of Administration, Parks and Recreation or closely related field. Intermediate level written and verbal communication in the English language is required as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A high level of sensitivity to confidential information and the ability to interact harmoniously with staff, management and customers.
Availability: We are seeking applicants to work approximately 29 hours per week. Schedule is typically daytime hours Monday - Friday with nights and weekends as needed to assist with Special Events
