Position Summary
Responsible for the development and print coordination of collateral materials used in the advertising and marketing of the company’s products.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and manage brand standards and messaging
- Help ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
- Design and produce original multi-platform communications including print, digital, video, web and social media
- Review / mentor junior designers' work to ensure consistent, high quality
- Help ensure projects / department milestones / goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
- Help ensure deadlines are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, tools and programs
- Meet with clients and design team to determine the scope of a project
- Collaborate with design team on project concepts
- Design layouts, including selection of colors, images and typefaces (adhering to company brand standards)
- Use digital illustration, photo editing software and layout software to create designs
- Present designs to design team, stakeholders and applicable teams
- Oversee changes recommended by clients or design team into final designs
