Position Summary
Responsible for the development and print coordination of collateral materials used in the advertising and marketing of the company’s products.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and manage brand standards and messaging.
- Help ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
- Design and produce original multi-platform communications including print, digital, video, web and social media.
- Review / mentor junior designers' work to ensure consistent, high quality.
- Help ensure projects / department milestones / goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Help ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, tools and programs.
- Meet with clients and design team to determine the scope of a project.
- Collaborate with design team on project concepts.
- Design layouts, including selection of colors, images and typefaces (adhering to company brand standards).
- Use digital illustration, photo editing software and layout software to create designs.
- Present designs to design team, stakeholders and applicable teams.
- Oversee changes recommended by clients or design team into final designs.
