The primary function of the Development Coordinator is to support the Development Department with the management and administration of projects in design and permitting.

- The Development Coordinator will assist in the management of multiple projects within the department including database management and report generation.
- Participate in the planning and strategy meetings pertaining to Development projects.
- Communicate as needed internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain project management database ensuring timelines are UpToDate to keep due diligence and permitting on track.
- Track and manage project-related documents and proposals, maintain checklists, and distribute them to various departments as needed.
- Prepare and structure both visual and data-driven presentation materials for team members to share with internal stakeholders.
- Procore: Upload and process projects/proposals/invoices
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with ProCore and SmartSheets a plus
- Experience with and understanding of Development process.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Must have a "team first" mentality.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience in Development admin environment
