About the Role :
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll be responsible for leading the estimation of complex heavy civil projects, including earthwork, structural concrete, underground utilities, and demolition. You will review bids, provide detailed business analytics, and help set strategic bidding goals that align with the company’s revenue targets. Expertise with BlueBeam, Carlson, or HCSS is crucial, as you'll need to manage large-scale bids and provide insightful data on bid success rates and business performance.
What You’ll Do :
- Review and analyze bids for projects such as earthwork, roadway rehabilitation, and hardscape construction, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Provide business insights on bid success rates, helping the company achieve its revenue and project goals.
- Manage bid tracking and analyze how many bids and what dollar volume are required to meet annual targets.
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and timely submission of bids.
- Use software such as BlueBeam, Carlson, or HCSS to manage the estimating process and deliver strategic insights for the business.
