Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for hourly roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, focusing on topics like company culture, employee engagement, performance, and manager development.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on hourly or front-line positions.
- Experience in instructional design and facilitation of training programs, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and employees at all levels.
