Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Time)

Parman Energy is looking to add a new Accounts Payable Specialist to our Accounting team! The Accounts Payable Specialist assists the Accounting team through processing vendor invoices and outgoing funds.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and perform check runs
Prepare and process electronic transfer payments
Associate invoices with proper support and coding
Maintains open A/P aging regularly
Fulfills payables inquiries internally and externally. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Vender setup and AP invoice data entry
Maintain A/P files, scanning and document retention
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience in a fast paced environment
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages
Able to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
Clean MVR
