The Park Operations Supervisor will assist in contributing to the smooth daily operation of the park. This position is responsible for a wide variety of day-to-day functions, including guest concerns, locker issues, and assisting every department in any capacity needed during our daily operation. There is a heavy focus on ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Assist with the daily supervision of the operations and any other assigned departments
- Act as an approachable mentor and coach to all assigned team members
- Inspire team members by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere where safety and guest satisfaction are top priorities
- Become knowledgeable of performing the essential duties of all team members and lifeguarding positions and backfill these positions when needed
- Assist with onboarding and training team members on how to safely and successfully perform their jobs
- Ensure that all required meal and other breaks are being given in accordance with Wisconsin law
- Ensure daily sign-in sheets are completed and submitted each day
- Assist with scheduling all departmental team members to ensure adequate staffing levels are achieved to support daily operation.
- Assist with timekeeping for all assigned hourly team members
Departmental Duties :
Welcome guests with a smile and positive attitude!Delight customers by providing exceptional customer service to answer their questions or resolve complaintsMonitor aquatics areas and ensure that guests are complying with park rules and policiesProvides direct support to other rides team members through making rounds throughout the park to check on their needsFill and empty locker kiosks each morning and eveningProvide locker coupons to gift shops and rentals for locker salesRespond to lost and found calls and deliver valuables to designated spot in parkAssist guests with any cash to card issues throughout parkRespond to guest concern calls including lockers, safety, theft, etc.Assist with directing traffic and crowd controlAssist Park Services in keeping the park clean and presentableMonitor, fill and keep accurate inventory of all soda machinesPerform light maintenance of hanging signage throughout parkResponsible for opening park gates in the morning and doing final sweep of the park at day end to ensure all guests have left the propertyMaintain vigilance and proactively identify potential hazards; inform operations leadership of any such situations in a timely mannerAssist with completing Manager on Duty (MOD) checklists each dayPerform routine audits and inspections of all park operationsAssist in other departments as neededAll other duties assigned by leadershipEducation and Experience :
No education requirements for this position1 years of previous work experience in the Rides or Aquatics departments is required. Previous ride operation experience from other Amusement / Theme Park employers will also be considered.Language : Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
