The Education and Customer Success Team bridges the gap between technology and education, ensuring that Parsec’s Suite of Platforms is deeply integrated into educational systems to drive positive outcomes for students. The Learning Integration Specialists works closely with the partner engagement managers, education analysts, and data analysts to provide wrap around services for Parsec partners.
Role Overview:
The Learning Integration Specialist will support partners in maximizing the utilization of Parsec's educational platforms including Academy and Real, to enhance student outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of curriculum and instruction, data-driven decision-making, professional learning communities, and formative and summative assessments, ensuring that platforms are aligned with educational standards and goals.
You will deliver onboarding and workshops that support full implementation and utilization of Parsec’s platforms. This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with partners to address unique challenges within their educational context. This is not a remote role. The selected candidate will be expected to work from our Fresno office and travel as necessary for workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum and Instruction Expertise: Support the integration of Parsec’s technology solutions with state content standards and formative assessments. Help educators leverage the platforms to enhance their instructional practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to help educators interpret formative and summative assessment results and inform instructional strategies and scope and sequence, including the use of qualitative data.
- Platform Utilization: Conduct onboarding and professional development sessions to ensure effective and sustained utilization of Parsec’s platforms, helping partners to seamlessly integrate technology into their daily teaching and learning environments.
- Customer Success Focus: Act as a strategic partner to educational stakeholders, understanding their needs and goals. Work with internal teams to create customized solutions that promote high utilization of the platform, ensuring successful outcomes for students and educators.
- Presentations and Training: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and training materials that support educators in understanding and using the platform to enhance instructional outcomes.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze platform usage data to monitor effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements for greater impact. Provide partners with comprehensive reports and action plans based on these insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in education with a focus on data analysis, curriculum development, and professional learning communities.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 education practices, including the use of formative and summative assessments to drive instruction.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, with the ability to guide educators in interpreting data and improving student achievement.
- Proven experience with educational technology and the integration of tech solutions into instructional practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering impactful professional development sessions.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and with diverse educational stakeholders, focusing on partner satisfaction and student success.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
