Compensation: $45,000 Annually

Job Summary:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to our diligent finance team to assist our key leaders in data entry, daily collections and customer service. Job Responsibilities:

• Record invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely posting into the accounting system.
• Proactively manage daily collections, utilizing effective communication and collection strategies.
• Conduct timely follow-up on past due accounts, escalating as needed to recover outstanding payments.
• Serve as a main point of contact for customer inquiries related to payments, account balances, and discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to resolve payment issues, collect credit card information, and address concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues and internal discrepancies related to payments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 1 Years of Data Entry Experience
• Minimum 1 Years of Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in planning and allocating time, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Articulate and active listener, able to build rapport and convey information clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
• Comfortable navigating various digital platforms and learning new software quickly.
• The role involves primarily seated work, but flexibility to stand or move around at your discretion is encouraged.
