Production Worker

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as an Onsite Production Worker. As an integral part of our production department, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process of our products. This is an onsite position, and the work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.
• Follow company policies and regulations, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and work schedules.
• Proficient computer skills for basic data entry and documentation.
