The applicant will have knowledge and experience communicating with, understanding, and supporting individuals with diverse disabilities and varying intellectual levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities, ensuring alignment with Life Sherpa's mission and objectives, data collection, and point of contact.
- User Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for users, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance user experience with the app.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and residential team, contributors, and other stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users, partners, and staff to facilitate effective use of the Life Sherpa app.
- Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback and collaborate with the development team to recommend updates and improvements to the implementation of the app.
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Education, ABA, or a related field.
- Experience in program administration, willingness to learn and understanding program, familiarity or willingness to learn assistive technology.
- Proficiency in IOS and Android operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse audience, especially through digital communications.
- Proficiency in using software tools for program management and data analysis.
- Familiarity with special needs populations a plus.
- Experience as a direct support professional (minimum 1 year)
