Partners in Change is
seeking a full-time employee who has a bachelor’s or master's degree in psychology or social work and who is passionate about providing services to incarcerated male prisoners in the Mid-Michigan area. The prison groups are manualized with CBT and mindfulness focus to address substance abuse and criminal recidivism. Experience is welcomed, but not necessary, as we provide a great deal of support and training to our clinicians.

Responsibilities and Duties:
This position involves:
· Providing group therapy in person at the low security prison in St. Louis, MI
· Attending education and professional development opportunities
· Group and individual supervision, including supervision for licensure
Qualifications and Skills:
· Must be able and willing to commute to the prison located in St. Louis, MI
· Deep desire to learn and grow in mental health field
· Appreciation of team work and collaboration
· Desire to work in a supportive environment
· Interest in collaborating with other professionals
Education and Licensure:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,500.00 per year
