Partners Professional is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist for our client in Vacaville, CA. Direct hire, offering $30/hr.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Assist with Development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Temp workers - assist with sourcing workers to meet business needs to include communications with agencies, onboarding, weekly invoice processing, I-9 auditing, etc.
- Responsible for I-9 compliance.
- Ensures legal compliance (such as wage and hour violations) by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role
- HR Certification preferred (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Must be bilingual (Spanish) and able to translate verbally and in writing
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now HR and Payroll system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Concur and general PC knowledge
Salary : $28 - $30
