Organizational Change Management Charlotte NC
Partners Personnel Professional is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist for our client’s location in Charlotte NC. This position is a critical position ensuring successful implementation and adoption of changes in their large-scale digital and process initiatives. The selected candidate will support development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and drive to maximize employee engagement. This position is being offered as a long-term contract of 2 years minimum with a competitive pay rate.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of change management strategies and plans
- Communication campaigns of technologies, processes, organizational structures
- High collaborations with cross-functional teams including project managers, IT professionals, shop floor employees, and stake holders
- Creation of training programs and workshops
- Identification of risks, barriers and potential obstacles and contingency plans
- Monitor and evaluation of effectiveness of change through feedback and insights
- Serve as ‘trusted advisor’ to leadership, providing guidance and support
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years Organizational Change Experience
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
- Certification in Change management such as ACMP, Prosci a plus
- Software-Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), SAP
- Training Database, data management, creation
Excellent communications -verbal, written, web conferencing, training
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience with digital and process transformation
- Passionate for technology and utilization
- Ability to commute comfortably in the Charlotte NC vicinity
