Job Title: Senior Paralegal

Compensation: $90,600 - $117,700 Annually (D.O.E.)
Job Summary:
We have an opening for a Senior Paralegal to support litigation attorneys by applying expertise in legal procedures and case management. This role requires a strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and the ability to manage complex legal documents and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work efficiently and cost-effectively to ensure the Firm can reasonably collect fees.
- Meet billable hour target of 1,725 (unless otherwise specified).
- Under attorney supervision, coordinate, organize, prepare, and interpret complex legal documents related to litigation matters.
- Build and maintain relevant databases and case files; file documents and provide copies to relevant parties.
- Organize, review, and maintain documents; compile materials for court filings and commence ECF filings.
- Conduct electronic document reviews and assist attorneys with document productions and searches within production databases.
- Assist attorneys in preparing materials for depositions.
- Perform factual research using internal and external databases and library resources.
- Coordinate trial preparation, attend trial, and provide litigation support at court and agency hearings.
- Manage logistics for remote and on-site hearings, including travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline case processes.
- Coordinate with Firm departments to develop efficient procedures and communication methods.
- Work overtime and travel as needed.
- Handle additional projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document editing/comparison applications.
- Experience with transcript management applications (LiveNote).
- Strong site-checking and bluebooking skills.
- Proficiency in online legal research (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and familiarity with PACER, CM/ECF, and other electronic court databases.
- Knowledge of jurisdictional, court, and agency processes and procedures.
- Experience with legal billing, timekeeping, and expense reporting applications.
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (required).
- Experience in trial, arbitration, and mediation (required).
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (preferred).
