Partners Professional is currently assisting our client seeking an Executive Assistant supporting their CEO/President in full range of daily administrative operations. Their company is located in Winter Haven Fla. This position will be on site daily, 8:00-5:00 and is being offered as a contract-to-hire. It is a newly created role due to growth of their business and the needs of the CEO having expanded as well. The selected candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, be able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment and support the operational functions for the company. The EA will be the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Experience in handling Sensitive and Confidential information in a professional office is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
· Manage schedule, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls.
· Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
· Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
· Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and communications on behalf of the CEO/President.
· Assist in tracking sales metrics, goals, and performance reports related to sales.
· Coordinate and support client meetings, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
· Maintain CRM systems and track client interactions to ensure follow-up and relationship management.
· Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects within production, sales, and distribution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
· Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and task assignments, particularly for new apparel collections and custom orders.
· Collaborate with different teams, including production, design, and logistics
· Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for product development initiatives. Provide regular updates to the CEO/President on project status and progress
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
· Experience in executive sales, client relations, and CRM software is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
· Experience in apparel manufacturing, screen printing, or textile production is highly preferred.
· Experience in project management, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
· Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
