Responsibilities
The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
- Participating in the care planning process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
