The Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to F&B Management including the Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant General Manager, Director of Restaurant Operations, Executive Chef as well as all Managers.

The Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to F&B Management including the Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant General Manager, Director of Restaurant Operations, Executive Chef as well as all Managers.
- Provides excellent internal guest service.
- Works closely with all departments such as HR, Training, and Payroll to ensure that the F and B departmental reviews, payroll, and approvals are completed in a timely fashion as well as documenting any attendance points for absences or lateness. Types up Coaching Documents and tracks paperwork flow between departments.
- Assists management in submitting all necessary paperwork and communicates any changes or concerns with timely documentation.
- Assists with departmental scheduling.
- Answers phones, makes copies, faxes information, files, and scans documents.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality with the information that is shared within the department.
- Keeps F and B Team Members informed on events, promotions, etc.
- Coordinates interview times for all applicants sent for review and communicates the outcome of each applicant sent.
- Processes new hire PAFs, communicates transfer information to the Director of HR, and completes terminations through the portal.
- Coordinates with the training department to ensure all F and B personnel are in compliance with mandated training items.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required. Three (3) or more years' Administrative experience with some Food and Beverage experience a plus.
- Must be polite, courteous, and willing to pitch in and help others as directed.
- Must be capable of walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting many different tools and pieces of equipment of varying weights during a full eight (8) hour shift.
- Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to comprehend and communicated in spoken English.
- Type 45 wpm (words per minute) or faster.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
